Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Sree's mobile app, web platform, or Project Anvaya (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
About the Services
Sree is a trusted digital network for discovering devalayas (temples), booking verified pandits, joining utsavs, offering seva, and connecting families and communities. Project Anvaya is a heritage-preservation archive linked to Sree. Both are operated by Sree Shakti Samvad.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Invite-led access & verification
Certain roles — pandits, devalaya committees, and other trust-sensitive actions — require KYC verification. We may request identity documents, lineage or certification details, and peer endorsements before granting these roles.
Community conduct
You agree to engage respectfully, provide accurate information, and refrain from impersonation, harassment, fraud, or content that violates the sanctity of religious or cultural context. Content and accounts may be moderated or suspended for violations.
Seva, donations & payments
Seva contributions and donations made through Sree are processed via our payment partners and routed to the relevant devalaya, pandit, or cause, subject to applicable fees disclosed at the time of transaction. Records are retained for transparency and reporting.
Contributions to Anvaya
When you contribute a memory, record, or archive item to Project Anvaya, you grant Sree Shakti Samvad a non-exclusive licence to host, verify, translate, and display that contribution, with attribution, subject to any permissions you specify.
Intellectual property
The Sree and Anvaya names, marks, and platform design are owned by Sree Shakti Samvad. User-generated content remains owned by the contributor, subject to the licence granted above.
Disclaimers
Sree facilitates discovery and connection but does not itself perform religious rites, guarantee pandit availability, or verify every historical claim submitted to Anvaya. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sree Shakti Samvad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including disputes between devotees, pandits, or devalayas.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, community guidelines, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the app or on this page, with the “last updated” date revised accordingly.
